A tailored approach to massage that addresses both specific musculoskeletal issues and overall well-being. Remedial massage focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of pain or dysfunction using targeted techniques like deep tissue work and trigger point therapy. Therapeutic massage supports general health, easing tension, improving circulation, and promoting relaxation. Together, they offer a balanced blend of recovery and rejuvenation, adapted to each client's unique needs. (Please be advised that we recommend a minimum of a 60-minute appointment for your first session or maintenance massage. This will allow for consultation, assessment, and discussion of areas of concern. Following that appointment, we recommend 90/120-minute appointments). 60 MINUTES - £55 90 MINUTES - £70
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment time will not be eligible for a refund of the booking deposit. Please note: the £10 booking deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment when the appointment goes ahead as planned. The remaining balance will be due in person at the time of your appointment.
