Service Description
A gentle, light-touch treatment designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system and encourage healthy fluid movement. Using slow, rhythmic strokes, lymphatic drainage massage may help to reduce swelling, ease water retention, support circulation, and promote relaxation. Unlike deep tissue massage, this treatment uses very light pressure and gentle skin-stretching movements to encourage lymph flow. This treatment may be beneficial for post-surgery recovery or ongoing fluid retention, where appropriate.
